Cash Replenishment and Clearance
We monitor the cash level of ATMs 24/7 remotely, replenish the ATMs/ CDMs/ITMs with cash and clear the cash in the machines where necessary. Management of Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) for cash, incident management and other services depending upon functionality (cheques, card printing, gold replenishment, cheque booking & statement printing)
First Line Maintenance
We monitor faults in the ATMs/ CDMs/ITMs 24/7 remotely and dispatch engineers to resolve the faults.
Preventive Maintenance
We monitor faults in the ATMs/ CDMs/ITMs 24/7 remotely and dispatch engineers to resolve the faults.
ATM physical checking
We provide fully trained ATM engineers for visual inspection of ATM to ensure the machine and its surroundings are in good order for maintaining agreed standards.
One Time Locks installation & monitoring - Bank branches, ATM/ CDMs and other locations
We provide qualified engineers to supply, install and monitor smart locks.
Assistance in technology rollouts, ATM upgrades etc.
We meet the machine's vendor at the site for scheduled  technology rollouts, ATM upgrades, etc.
ATM Monitoring and Forecasting
We monitor usage of ATMs 24/7 and provide customers with estimated cash requirement daily/weekly.
Cash processing, counting and vaulting
We process the cash in ATMs/CDMs and vault for cash recycling or for deposits in the Central Bank.
Bulk cash deposit machines deposit clearance
We monitor deposit cash levels of ATMs 24/7 remotely and dispatch the team to collect the deposit before it gets full.
Captured card delivery
We collect all cards that have been captured by ATMs and deliver to the banks for further action.
Storage of spare ATM cassettes
We provide a storage facility for storing currency cassettes.
