The mobile security force is a team of dedicated security supervisors tasked to conduct mobile patrols in each customer's locations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are responsible for conducting random security checks, inspections, compliance to quality and security standards and to ensure the posts are fully manned at all times. They will also serve as the point of contact on site to provide immediate assistance in emergency situations.

Mobile patrol security officers are specifically tasked to provide rapid response for onsite emergency situations. When immediate assistance is routed through our 24 hours control room, our controllers will depute the mobile security staff to the assigned location to provide the support needed, whether it is related to security staff on post requiring medical assistance, incidents to be reported to the concerned authorities and customer representatives, security system alarms activated on unmanned posts, general and random cover for static security officers onsite. Experienced patrol officers combined with dependable vehicles and technology; periodic mobile patrols help augment the security protocols in place.
